DAAD and Mitacs will present a webinar on funding programs in Germany during 2024 for students in the Natural Sciences and Engineering on Monday, October 16th from 1 – 2 pm EST (10 – 11 am PST). Attendees will get details on the RISE-Globalink Research Internship program, offered by DAAD and Mitacs, which gives Bachelor students from Canadian universities the chance to complete a 10-12 week summer research internship in the lab of a German doctoral student. Graduate-level students will hear about DAAD’s RISE Professional, a program offering Master’s and Doctoral level students the chance to carry out an internship in a German workplace of anywhere between 10 weeks and 6 months.
